Last night I was getting ready to go to Parent-teacher conference with Gavin. I was in my bathroom getting my makeup on and Alyssa came in to watch. Being the super girly, girl that she is, she always hopes I will give her some makeup too. As I was putting on my mascara, she admired herself in the mirror and exclaimed, "I don't need that, my eyes already look like I have that on....they are dark and long!"
Yes - I am jealous. My kids have beautiful long lashes and Alyssa's really are the darkest....but does she have to be so dang confident and rub it in?! :)

That's funny! Even my boys have better eye lashes than me, so don't feel too bad!
