Gavin is so funny. He loves that he can read - and he is a GREAT reader. This afternoon he is going through the Primary songbook and reading/singing songs. It can be a little painful to listen to since he doesn't know most of the melodies. Oh well. It is cute. Just now, he flipped through and came across the song, "Pioneer Children Sang as they Walked." He paused and then said, "what the heck...huh...I'm a pioneer kid!" I just laughed and laughed.
He goes to Pioneer Elementary! :)
He doesn't understand the song. Quite frankly, I never really liked that song anyway.
